OVERVIEW

This hit National Geographic series features dramatic reconstructions of real-life captivity stories. The production required transforming Moroccan locations into various international settings (South America, Middle East, Asia) to authentically recreate harrowing true events.

CHALLENGES & APPROACH

Speed, Agility & “Run-and-Gun” Logistics.

Unlike feature films that stay in one location for weeks, this TV series required rapid movement. We had to film multiple episodes and distinct storylines in a very short timeframe. My challenge was managing a high volume of small, fast transactions (locations, props, local casting) without slowing down the shooting crew. It was about “Micro-Management” at high speed.

THE RESULT

The production delivered high-intensity, realistic drama on a tight TV schedule. It demonstrated my ability to adapt financial workflows to the fast-paced, agile nature of television documentaries.
