This sophisticated Italian film follows a luxury hotel inspector (Margherita Buy) across the world’s finest resorts. The Moroccan segment was filmed in some of Marrakech’s most exclusive 5-star hotels, requiring a production footprint that was invisible to the high-paying guests.
CHALLENGES & APPROACH
The Logistics of Luxury & Discretion.
Filming inside operational luxury hotels presents a unique financial and logistical challenge: the cost of disrupting business. We couldn’t just take over; we had to negotiate precise access fees and ensure absolute silence. My role involved managing these delicate location agreements, ensuring that payments were processed instantly to maintain good relations with these prestigious venues, where reputation is everything.
THE RESULT
The film was a critical success, winning a David di Donatello award. We proved that we could operate with “white-glove” efficiency, respecting the high standards of the luxury hospitality industry while delivering cinematic results.
