Netflix productions demand the scale of a summer blockbuster with the efficiency of a tech company. The challenge was managing the heavy logistics of a large stunt team and weaponry in remote locations outside Marrakech. My role was to streamline the financial operations for these high-cost days, ensuring that the “money on screen” (explosions, vehicles, extras) was maximized while adhering to strict safety protocols.
