OVERVIEW
Directed by the legendary Oliver Stone, this project remains one of the most ambitious productions ever filmed in Morocco. It involved reconstructing ancient Babylon and staging massive battles with thousands of extras and horses, requiring military-grade logistical organization.
CHALLENGES & APPROACH
Managing “The Army” Payroll.
The sheer scale of human resources was the primary financial challenge. We had to manage daily payroll and cash flow for over 6,000 extras and a massive international crew. THE RESULT
Despite the chaotic nature of filming massive war scenes, the accounting department maintained flawless records. This experience solidified my ability to handle “Mega-Budget” pressure and complex multi-currency reporting
