OVERVIEW

Produced by the legendary Jerry Bruckheimer, this video game adaptation is one of the largest productions ever hosted in Morocco. It required building entire ancient cities in the desert and managing a massive cast, including Jake Gyllenhaal and Ben Kingsley, along with extensive VFX units.

CHALLENGES & APPROACH

The “Disney Standard” of Finance.

Working on a Disney/Bruckheimer production involves the strictest financial reporting standards in the industry. The challenge was managing the colossal daily cash flow needed for thousands of extras, stunt teams, and construction crews while adhering to Sarbanes-Oxley compliance. My role was to ensure that the massive on-set spending was tracked with corporate precision, bridging the gap between the chaotic reality of desert filming and the rigid demands of the studio.

THE RESULT

The shoot was a logistical success, proving that Morocco can host “Tier-1” mega-productions with the same financial reliability as a studio backlot in Los Angeles.
